The R&D department is aimed towards enlightening member banks on topical issues pertinent to the industry, as well as providing communication materials where necessary.

In addition, the department develops new and improved programs and ideas that will add value to the members of the Association.

We intend to keep our member banks competitive by providing insights into the market and developing new ideas or improving existing ones.
